We manage the project according to your requirements: Whether you predefine design guidelines or need assistance with the development, whether with SolidWorks or Pro-Engineer Creo. We have all essential CAD programs at our disposal and very well know the up- and downsides. This way, your projects can be managed successfully.

FEM / FEA

Thanks to the effective use of FEM-technology, we can optimize stability and weight. The interaction between CAD and FEM, when usefully properly into the product development process, can reduce production and development costs.

Other than that, simulation is the first choice when troubleshooting — this way, critical parts can more easily be detected than by conventional approaches.

Injection Molding Simulation

Mold flow simulations are prior art by now. No tool should be built without it. The calculation of mold filling should occur as early as possible while in the development stage, this is where alterations in the molded part dimension can cost-effectively be carried out. The wall thickness can be optimized, and sources of error such as overloading of the cavity due to too high holding pressure can be eliminated.

On top of that, product design is also an every-day concept for us. In cooperation with our partners, it is our pleasure to assist you while developing your plans. We understand that design motivates people, which is why we try to combine user-centered industrial design with psychological design strategies.
